Understanding how Litbuy works is the first step to a smooth buying experience. The system is built around a spreadsheet model that organizes products, links, prices, and batch information in a way that makes comparison shopping simple.
Step 1: Browse the Spreadsheet
Start by exploring the category that matches what you are looking for. The Litbuy spreadsheet organizes items by type, so you can quickly find shoes, hoodies, jackets, or accessories. Each entry shows the batch name, price range, and seller link.
Step 2: Verify the Seller & Batch
Before clicking any link, check the batch reputation. Search for that batch name plus the item on community forums. Recent QC photos from other buyers are your best reference for quality expectations.
Step 3: Place Your Order
- Click the seller link from the spreadsheet.
- Add the item to your cart with the correct size and batch.
- Choose a payment method with buyer protection.
- Submit the order and save the confirmation number.
Step 4: QC & Shipping
Once the seller confirms availability, they will send QC photos. Inspect these carefully against retail reference images. If everything looks correct, approve shipping. If not, request an exchange or refund before the item leaves the warehouse.
Step 5: Receive & Review
After delivery, inspect your item in person. If satisfied, consider leaving feedback on community threads. This helps other buyers and maintains spreadsheet quality over time.
Your first order should be small and simple. A single t-shirt or a pair of socks is the perfect way to test a seller before committing to a bigger haul.
Do I need an agent?
For direct sellers, no. For complex orders or multi-item hauls, an agent can simplify shipping and QC.
What is a batch?
A batch is a production run. Different factories produce different batches, and quality varies. PK, LJR, and OG are popular batch names.
